Learn Auslan Banner

During Deaf Can:Do’s short courses ‘Talking Hands,’ participants will be immersed in a fun, interactive introduction to communication with Auslan users.  All classes are presented by a Deaf Auslan Tutor and provide a fun introduction to this fascinating language. Talking Hands classes enable students to hold basic conversations with Deaf people, are a lot fun and can also be a great way to meet new people.

Talking Hands 1 can then be followed by Talking Hands 2 and 3 for more indepth learning opportunities.

Courses run for two hours per week over five weeks, select your desired dates from the timetable below to book.

Talking Hands courses are currently taking place at Deaf Can:Do's Welland office, classes run from  6-8pm.
